Attorney Freddy Garmo immigrated to the United States with his family in 1976. Thanks to his parents of 12 children, his entire family was fortunate to re-settle in the greater Detroit, Michigan area. Mr. Garmo worked and went to school in an effort to achieve the American dream. Mr. Garmo graduated from the University of Michigan in 1992 and the University of Detroit, School of Law in 1994. Thereafter, Mr. Garmo moved to San Diego and began practicing law on a full-time basis in 1995. Mr. Garmo’s practice includes a variety of legal services to clients in a myriad of legal settings, including personal injury, real estate, and business transactions. Mr. Garmo has been involved in numerous business and real estate transactions from both the buyer and seller sides and has acted as mediator in numerous business disputes. Mr. Garmo also obtained his California real estate broker’s license in 1996. Garmo & Garmo, LLP is located in La Mesa, California, where the firm has grown to six attorneys and support staff. Mr. Garmo has enjoyed a successful law and real estate practice for over 29 years. Mr. Garmo prides himself on creating meaningful relationships with his clients and always making himself available to speak with clients, no matter what time of day or night. Mr. Garmo is dedicated to his community and volunteers his time in various organizations in the San Diego area including hospitals and other non-profit organizations.
